Replace 60h drive chains x4 boxes ,x4 half
links, x4 joiners

Fit grease nipples to elbow
Check unloader saddle position and adjust if
required
Spacer in wrong spot and missing a bolt
Check unloader hyd cylinder has been set
correctly with the extension fitted
Check unload stabiliser bar adjustment
Check operation of grain bin lids
Check unload drive auger splines
Pre season maintenance
Rotate chopper blades Missing sections
Replace engine guard gas strut
Replace rear shacker roller bearings
Adjust left hand side guards
Rotor wiring harness damaged Won’t go into gear
Engine tune up
Remove all engine guards and covers
Remove tappet cover and timing cover
Install turnover tool and rotate engine in
direction of rotation to 54 degrees before
TDC
Check phonic wheel timing
Rotate engine to TDC to check cam lift with
dial gauge
Check all valve clearances and injector
preload
Tension adjuster locks to 35nm +- 0.5 nm
Fit new crankcase breather filter and orings
Refit engine covers guards and pluming
Run and check engine all ok
